This Privacy Policy applies to the ShubhRaashi mobile application (the "App"), a voice-first AI astrology consultation service offered under the ShubhRaashi brand.

We collect your phone number to authenticate your account via OTP (One-Time Password). This information is used solely to verify your identity, secure your account, and provide access to the App.

When you use ShubhRaashi's AI consultation feature, your voice may be recorded and processed to generate responses.
Voice data may be transmitted to our AI processing partners, including Sarvam AI, for transcription, interpretation, and response generation.
We do not retain raw voice recordings on an identifiable basis for extended periods. Voice audio is processed to generate your consultation response and is then deleted or anonymized within a short operational window necessary for service delivery and quality assurance.
Following this, we may retain anonymized and aggregated data derived from voice interactions (such as transcribed text stripped of identifying information, usage patterns, or model-improvement signals) for the purposes of improving AI accuracy, reliability, and service quality. Such anonymized data is not linked back to your identity.

Profiles of Minors
If the individual whose profile you are creating is under 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you are their parent or lawful guardian and that you are providing verifiable consent on their behalf in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may, at our discretion, require additional verification of your identity and relationship to the minor before processing such profiles.
We do not knowingly permit minors to create or manage their own profiles independently.
When you purchase consultation minutes, recharge balances, subscriptions, or other services, payment processing is handled through PhonePe, our third-party payment gateway provider.
We do not store complete payment card details, CVV numbers, net banking credentials, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment authentication information on our servers.
Such information is handled directly by PhonePe in accordance with applicable security standards.
We may collect approximate location information, such as city, state, or region, to provide localized experiences, improve service quality, comply with legal obligations, and enhance platform functionality.
